What We Provide

Payroll

  • Employee Solutions will process and deliver your payroll.

  • Assume the liability of tax reporting & payment
  • File all required quarterly tax forms including 940s, 941s, and others, Issue year‐end W‐2
  • Calculate and make deposits for FICA, federal, state and local taxes, Workers’ Compensation premiums
  • Process and deduct employee levies, child support and garnishments
  • Payment with one check for all payroll obligations including benefits, government mandated insurances, taxes and more
  • Handle wage and employment verification
  • Enable your representative to submit payroll information electronically when it is convenient for them.
  • Your representative can report hours worked, commission, salary and/or tips as needed
  • Technical support and training for the Portal are available to assist you as needed
  • Track sick days, vacation days or other requirements unique to your business
  • Auto (direct) Deposit – even if employee does not have a bank account we have a solution

State Unemployment

As the employer of record, we are responsible for paying State Unemployment taxes as well as the administration and resolution of all unemployment claims. Our expertise will save you both time and money.

  • Provide “pay‐as‐you‐go” Workers’ Compensation through an “A” rated carrier
  • Remit workers’ compensation premiums on each payroll
  • Require no financing fees
  • Administer and resolve claims and disputes
  • Review existing Safety Programs – Provide recommendations
  • Review and provide Drug Free Workplace Programs
